Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to use my artwork to train any AI/ML models.

Depending on the order, it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to finish (in the worst-case scenario, which is not the usual, but it may happen). Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.

You can set a deadline for rush orders, but a fee of 50% based on original price will be charged.

The progress of the commission (sketch with base colors) will be provided through screenshots (with the watermark) for revisions and confirmation.

Please make sure to make all necessary modifications at the sketch stage, any changes at later stages (lineart or final artwork) will incur a 25% - 50% fee based on the original order price.

For commercial use will x2 from based price

Commercial use that I mean here is like resell my artwork as the product

And if u a streamer, or music composer, it will 2x from based price to use my commission artwork as ur content

You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.

You can request a 60% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.

You can no longer request a refund once I have started into rendering and animation phase

I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.

Once I get the payment, I'll add you to my list of orders in progress.

When I start your order, I will send you a sketch for you to review and make any necessary changes.

After reviewing the sketch, I will finish your order, coloring it and send you an animation update (if your order is animated) for a last review, if you want to change something at this stage, a fee will be charged.

After all revisions and confirmations, I will send PNG and GIF or MP4 files (for animated orders according to your request)

You can post the larger file without the watermark if you like, but you must credit me as the artist.

You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please specify in the commission form

In the sketch phase, you can make any and all changes you want.

In the rendering and animation phase, only some small stuff can be modified, any big changes will have 25 - 50% of the fee, depending on the complexity

In the final stage, no changes can be made.
